SIP 7 Hydroptic
Moore Tool Company's knowledge of precision assembly techniques, along with our ability to produce precision scraped surfaces, allows us to remanufacture even the most accurate machines, including the SIP 7 Hydroptic. Moore Tool Company re-engineered this machine to remove the hydraulic drives and convert the entire machine to full CNC with ball-screws. A full CAM package was integrated into the control system to allow the customer to design and machine his parts on the machine.
Sunstrand OM4
Whether they call for 2, 3, 4, or 5 axis machines, Moore Tool Company can provide our customers with the finest value for their dollar. Many of the well known and respected machine tools produced in the past are still in service, and Moore Tool Company can re-engineer them to use standard, off-the-shelf repair parts. In the case of this Sundstrand OM-4, Moore Tool Company redesigned the linear bearing area to use standard roller packs, eliminating the specialized rollers originally used, and increasing its performance.
